Special to the Laredo Sun
LAREDO.- – We want to thank the public, pet stakeholders and humane pet groups and local veterinarians for promoting spay and neuter services to have pets adopted and/or fostered.
This is important as we need to take better care of our pets and as well reduce the serious stray problem. Strays are often neglected, hurt and most of the time they are not vaccinated against rabies and are a threat to themselves and people.
Because of the pet overpopulation and the serious stray pet problem, the City of Laredo is conducting a spay and neuter clinic. Partnering with several humane groups and stakeholders we are inviting the public to attend, however you must register first.

When: Wednesday, December 10, 2014 7:00 a.m.
